The villa is located in the Westside development only minutes from the new West Gate at Walt Disney Word Resort ®. It benefits from beautiful Italian themed architecture and first class fixtures, fittings and appointments. The villa backs onto a conservation area and the community itself is surrounded by conservation areas and natural wetlands making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.

The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including washer, dryer, oven, microwave, cutlery, glasses and everything else you could wish for to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
A queen size bed in the master bedroom. A double bed in the second bedroom, two singles in the third and two singles in the fourth . A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.

Attractions

Disney World is the most famous Orlando area attraction with Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot & Animal Kingdom but there are also two fantastic Disney water Parks (Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach) as well as Downtown Disney, with all its shops & restaurants. There is then Universal Studios & Universals Islands of Adventure close by as well as Sea World & Discovery Cove (where you can swim with the dolphins) that are just a few minutes away. For something different, there is Kennedy Space centre on the East coast where you might even see a shuttle launch, and then along the Coast there are some fantastic beaches including Cocoa Beach with the 24hr Ron Jon surf shop!
With Florida known as the Sunshine State average daily temperatures are consistently over 20deg. C from April to November, with typical highs of over 30deg. C. from May to September inclusive.
